2021年11月12日，国内领先的汽车交易和服务平台团车网(TC.US)宣布，已于近期收到创始人兼CEO闻伟发出的通知，为开放新的业务机会，决定撤回2021年1月21日发出的不具约束力的私有化要约。
在GPLP犀牛财经看来，团车网撤回私有化要约，是基于当前线下业务的快速恢复和线上业务的稳定增长做出的战略性选择。在目前阶段，撤回私有化要约符合公司长远发展利益，有利于为投资人创造价值和回报。
2021年1月22日，团车网宣布，董事会已收到董事长兼CEO闻伟发出的不具约束力的初步建议书，提议以每股美国存托股(ADS)4.25美元的现金购买价收购团车网所有已发行、闻伟尚未拥有的普通股。
