搜了一下这个站，发现就是个爬微软社区的内容农场：

域名是一汽的域名
你打不开是因为是 ipv6 only
大概率是一些代理服务器没有屏蔽收录

@MiketsuSmasher 一些企业为了审计网络搞 web 代理很常见，是这个域名只配置了 ipv6 解析，你用手机流量试试看就可以打开了

应该其实是 7 层代理没配好 robots.txt
这个可能是一个让纯 ipv6 用户访问 ipv4 网站的 7 层代理桥，因为 v6 和 v4 的协议栈不兼容，刚用 IPv6 那时还不少。
