美国品牌孵化公司 Gloss Ventures 表示，近日已从加拿大一家机构完成950万美元债务融资，但未公布该机构名称。
Gloss Ventures 计划利用这笔资金继续孵化和 DTC（直面消费者）美容和健康品牌。
Gloss Ventures 由四位拥有不同领域知识背景的创始人创立于2020年，四位联合创始人分别是：Quinn Roukema，他曾在2014年创立了一家专注于投资和孵化快速消费品牌的公司 ERS Ventures，目前该公司已被 Gloss Ventures 收购；William McMacken，他曾在2016年和2017年相继创立个护品牌 Active Wow 及营养补剂品牌 Vitamin Bounty，这两个品牌在亚马逊平台上业绩表现都十分出色；Mark Genender，早期投资公司 Bristol Growth Capital 的合伙管理人 …
