I am really happy to show you what we've built with @matteolefloch for the past weeks.
With our first SAAS, we really had trouble educating our users. People don't like to navigate in a knowledge base and we were repeating ourselves in the live-chat 80% of the time 😪
So we came up with an internal tool to display the right knowledge base articles to customers depending on where they are on your website/web app. You can also integrate articles anywhere with our pre-made buttons.
You can use Learnd with or without a live-chat thanks to our widget and sidebar modes.

Your knowledge base UI is amazing and refreshing compare to Zendesk and Freshdesk that are getting old.
I really like the fact that you can show articles contextually!
Your admin section is great, felt like notion.
Would be nice to have a live-chat or ticketing system though
