微念向李子柒转让商标

站长之家（ChinaZ.com）11月4日 消息:据天眼查显示，杭州微念科技有限公司注册申请的“李子柒”商标已陆续转让给四川子柒文化有限公司，其中包括食品饮料类商标。

据悉，MCN机构微念公司2016年与李子柒展开合作，李子柒负责内容制作，杭州微念提供推广服务。2017年，双方共同设立四川子柒文化，杭州微念、李佳佳分别持股51%和49%。

不过就在近日，因存在纠纷，李子柒将其杭州微念品牌管理有限公司诉至法院。

据悉，目前微念已于11月1日正式收到四川省绵阳市中级人民法院的诉讼通知。

同时，杭州微念公司于2019年12月起，陆续申请的李子柒商标均被驳回，商标流程状态变更为无效、等待驳回复审等。
