腾讯推员工法定退休福利
站长之家（ChinaZ.com）11月5日 消息:据证券时报报道，今日，腾讯正式推出了员工退休待遇方案。
据悉，员工在腾讯法定退休时，可同时享有定制纪念品、长期服务感谢金、退休荣誉金三项福利。
其中，长期服务感谢金为6个月固定工资，而退休荣誉金共有“服务年限金”和“50%的未解禁股票期权”两个方案，员工可自由选择其一。
此外，在员工福利方面，不久前，腾讯官方还宣布，自2021年10月18日起， 晚餐免费。原20:00点后夜宵券不再发放，账户中剩余夜宵券可以继续使用。晚餐免费适用地区为:深圳、北京、上海、成都、重庆、武汉。如有额外需求可以使用账户中剩余夜宵券或现金支付。
