终于找到了 macos 切换程序的最佳方式

现在的方式：先按住w(相当于 prefix key ），然后按一下j切换到 iTerm ，按一下j切换到 VSCode ，按一下c切换到浏览器。不用再 cmd+tab 一个个找了，也不会占用现有的按键，畅快。

多亏了 karabiner+goku 这两个软件。
