Pains, Gains & Goals was born out of a need to run simple, lightweight lessons learned sessions for in-person, hybrid, and fully remote teams. Ensuring that all participants' voices are heard and that feedback is safe and anonymous!

I am passionate about People & Products
I developed this product as a result of an imbalance in participant feedback I was receiving in lessons learned sessions. The participants who naturally spoke the most tended to drive the discussion and dominate the feedback towards their point of view. Often times the less vocal participants or remote participants were unable to join in the discussion. Pains, Gains & Goals uses a form, voting system, and structured time for discussion. This allows all voices to be heard and allows the data to be exported for later analysis. This is the Beta release, but I'd love to hear feedback as I continue to refine this tool for my own Product Teams! I am planning to keep this tool free for as long as practical, I hope you all find it useful!
