怎么给安卓内置的 “Files” app 创建一个启动图标？

这个 app 是安卓系统内置的文件管理器，能在应用搜索列表中看到，但无法直接打开。
这个 app 会在其他 app 需要访问文件时被调用打开，比如浏览器上传文件时。
之所以有这个需求是因为我需要使用 samba client 连接电脑，目前我找到的唯一一个能用且无广告的 app 是 Android Samba Client （从 f-droid 下载），这个 app 会把 samba 共享目录 mount 到 Files app 中并打开，不能 mount 到其他文件管理器中，就连 pixel 自带的 Files by Google 都不能。
