KKR 支持的品牌管理公司 Galaxy Universal 将以3.3亿美元收购 Sequential Brands 旗下4个运动品牌业务
美国品牌管理公司 Galaxy Universal 宣布将从处于破产保护中的 Sequential Brands 手中收购其运动品牌业务，包括瑜伽服品牌Gaiam、运动鞋品牌 Avia 和 篮球运动鞋服品牌 And1，以及健身器材品牌 SPRI，交易价约3.3亿美元。本次收购预计将于2021年11月中旬完成。
美国私募投资巨头KKR 主导了为此次 Galaxy Universal 收购而进行的债务融资，并将通过特定私人信贷管理账户投资 Galaxy Universal 。
