M1 MacBook Pro， Xcode 启动时必须得卡一下，请问有解决方法么

设备是 M1 MacBook Pro ，16+512 ，其它应用启动时都正常，唯独 Xcode ，在启动时必须得卡一会，之前 Big Sur 大约会卡住 3 秒（鼠标变成风火轮），升级 Monterey 和 Xcode 13 之后，现在 Xcode 启动时得卡大约 10 秒，请问有朋友遇到同样情况吗？ Google 搜了一圈，没发现解决方法，我甚至试过完全卸载重装都没用，官方的 IDE 居然支持得这么差，真是服了。

试过以安全模式进入系统，打开 Xcode 情况依旧，基本可以排除是第三方软件的冲突导致的。

破案了，是 Xcode Extension 的问题，我安装了一个叫 TextPlus 的插件（就是下图的插件），估计是这插件有问题，在 Xcode 启动并挂载该插件时发生了某种冲突，所以才卡住了，删掉该插件后恢复正常了。
