Does money isn't everything in negotiation? That’s what I will be discussing in this article. But before we proceed, let us discuss
Money is not everything in negotiation. Many people believe that money and career take priority under career over relationships and family. However studies show that the professional who take the top position or offer also tend to have a more satisfying and well balanced life than those who accept lower offers. If we begin to view money as just one resource then we must separate it from such as such as career prestige, respect, sense of achievement and opportunities. It is important to remember that money does make a difference but its isn't the only motivator to any deal.
Negotiations depend on the ability to reach agreement, not on the ability to inflict your will but now depend on money.
