Facebook is seeking an analytical, process and detail-oriented program manager to manage, optimize and grow the operations supporting the Small and Medium Business Sales Group, bringing together business strategy, workflows and technology.
The role will be a part of the Business Planning and Operations team, an internal consulting function that advises management on overall Group Strategy and Operations. The primary objectives of this role will be to design and implement new elements to our Operational Architecture as well as to own workflows globally, identifying areas of improvement and executing upon them. The person will be close to the organization’s global strategy and will be tasked with proactively identifying future needs to ensure the business is operationally ready as strategy evolves, and the business grows and changes.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable continuously analyzing our existing Operating Model, leading the execution of business-critical workflows across multiple regions and in partnership with various partners as well as clearly communicating, presenting and project managing proposed improvements. There will be an expectation for the candidate to be self-starting and to architect processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key success factors in this role include strong attention to detail, demonstrating a high degree of accountability and ownership and an eye for automation and efficiency paired with the ability to document and translate comprehensive business requirements into tactical actions for cross-functional teams.
