外行问一个代码远程调试、编译的问题

公司有几台强劲的服务器，想给开发人员做集中远程调试、编译用，解放桌面电脑，主要做 JAVA 。
我看 idea 上有个 attach to remote jvm，这个是单人可以用？还是说可以让多人用？
另外如果多人可以同时用，那么端口会不会冲突，还是监控端口都放在本地了？
