碳链价值App讯，据美国商品期货交易委员会官方网站消息，该监管机构今天发布命令，同时针对Tether Holdings Limited、Tether Limited、Tether Operations Limited 和 Tether International Limited (d/b/a Tether)，要求Tether支付4100万美元民事罚款并停止任何进一步违反商品交易法 (CEA) 和 CFTC 规定的行为。美国商品期货交易委员会今天还发布了一项单独的命令，同时针对 iFinex Inc.、BFXNA Inc. 和 BFXWW Inc. (d/b/a Bitfinex)，认定 Bitfinex 在 Bitfinex 交易平台上与美国人进行数字资产的非法场外零售商品交易，并在未按要求注册的情况下作为期货佣金商 (FCM) 运营，因此要求Bitfinex支付150万美元民事罚款，并要求 Bitfinex 实施和维护合理设计的额外系统，以防止非法零售商品交易。
