据Crypto Potato 10月12日消息，分片公链Elrond Network已经同意收购Capital Financial Services S.A，目前该笔交易尚在等待监管部门批准。据悉，Capital Financial Services S.A获准在欧元区经营电子货币机构（EMI），同时还是Visa和万事达卡的主要成员，这使得该公司能够为300多家商户提供支付处理服务，其中包括罗马尼亚最大的航空公司Blue Air。
