碳链价值APP讯，英国前财政大臣菲利普·哈蒙德（Philip Hammond）加入加密托管和交易平台Copper担任顾问，成为进入加密行业的最知名的政治家之一。2016-2019年担任财政大臣期间，哈蒙德曾为英国的金融科技行业辩护，并呼吁改善融资渠道以支持初创企业。
