碳链价值APP讯，瑞士瑞士非营利智库2B4CH正在启动一项「联邦大众倡议」（Federal Popular Initiative）提案，拟授权央行除了将黄金作为货币储备资产之外，将BTC也添加作为当地货币储备资产。根据相关内容显示，目前瑞士《联邦宪法》第99条第3款中规定瑞士货币储备资产中有一部分应以黄金形式持有（即俗称的“金本位”），现在新提案希望将这条规定调整为「瑞士货币储备资产中有一部分应以黄金和BTC形式持有」。
