证监会：把握上市公司市值管理合法性边界，严守三条红线和三项原则
牛透社9月24日消息，证监会市场监管部副主任郭瑞明表示，正确把握上市公司市值管理的合法性边界，应当严守三条红线和三项原则。三条红线，一是严禁操控上市公司信息，不得控制信息披露节奏，不得选择性信息披露，虚假信息披露，欺骗投资者。二是严禁进行内幕交易或操纵股价牟取非法利益，扰乱资本市场的三公秩序。三是严禁损害上市公司利益及中小投资者合法权益。
