信也科技首期消费金融ABS落地深交所 发行规模为2亿元

9月29日，信也科技披露消息，首期消费金融ABS产品已成功在深圳证券交易所发行设立，发行规模为2亿元。
信也科技此次发行的ABS名为“天风-信也科技第一期信托受益权资产支持专项计划”，为期15个月，天风证券担任管理人，担保公司为西部担保。
信也科技CEO章峰表示，首期ABS成功发行意味着该公司卓越的科技实力、强大的风险管理能力以及由此推动实现的客群上浮战略获得了市场的进一步认可。
“随着我们与机构合作伙伴之间信任的逐步加深，ABS将成为我们高质量合作资金来源的重要渠道。”章峰谈到。
信也科技2021年第二季度财报显示，报告期内促成交易金额为334亿元，营收为23.841亿元，净利润为6.204亿元。
