星展银行的经纪部门 DBS Vickers（DBSV）已获得新加坡金融管理局（MAS）颁发的主要支付机构许可。根据周四的新闻稿，该经纪人表示，其许可证使其能够通过其星展银行数字交易所（DDEx）在该城邦提供服务。此举是继监管机构8月份批准之前的“原则性”批准之后进行的。 根据《支付服务法》，申请许可证的申请人须接受对其政策、客户保护程序、合规结构等领域的审查。星展银行资本市场主管Eng-Kwok Seat Moey表示：我们认为，DBSV的许可可能会在未来几个月增加DDEx的交易量，并加速星展银行数字资产生态系统的增长势头。DDEx于去年12月首次作为会员制交易所推出，当时星展银行表示，它已经看到机构投资者以及经认可的个人和家族办公室的强劲需求。（CoinDesk）
