自己不主动看账户余额；并根据软件的设置，隐藏账户余额。
慎重对待每一次交易，记录开仓、止损、止盈的理由，是不是正确的交易。只看交易的过程是否正确，不计较单次交易是否盈利。用这种方法，一次次梳理交易思想、实践交易策略。
