国务院印发《中国儿童发展纲要(2021-2030年)》
近日，中国政府发布新版《儿童发展纲要》，将原有的“尊重和保障少数民族使用本民族语言接受教育的权利”一句移除，取而代之的是“加大国家通用语言文字推广力度”。
9月27日，中国政府发布《中国儿童发展纲要(2021-2030年)》的第三部分，“儿童与教育”第4条写道：提高民族地区教育质量和水平，加大国家通用语言文字推广力度，深化民族团结进步教育。对比2011年公布的《中国儿童发展规划纲要2011-2020》，新纲要移除了“尊重和保障少数民族使用本民族语言文字接受教育的权利。”
