碳链价值APP讯，国际评级机构穆迪最新分析显示，人民银行和发改委分别联合多部门下发文件严厉打击虚拟货币交易炒作和“挖矿”行为具有正面信用影响，原因在于将支持金融稳定、加强政府对金融体系的控制，并有助于中国落实减排政策。穆迪指出，中国金融机构并未持有虚拟货币资产，非官方虚拟货币较高的波动性和投机风险可能会给投资者带来重大损失，并蔓延至金融业及社会稳定。不过，央行开发数字货币可以减轻上述风险，数字人民币通过数字技术进行设计，以更有序的方式进行监管。
