因付费刷好评，亚马逊证实它封杀了 600 个品牌的 3000 个卖家账号。遭封杀的公司以深圳电商为主，它们对亚马逊提起了集体诉讼试图索回被扣押的资金。诉状是在 9 月 13 日递交的，原告包括 Sopownic、Slaouwo、Deyixun、Cstech、Recoo Direct、Angelbliss 和 Tudi 等，寻求“追回被亚马逊非法和不当扣押的资金”，提起集体诉讼是阻止卖家和商家的资金被进一步的挪用和误用。这些原告提出的一个主张是亚马逊公司知道它们通过礼品卡的方法刷好评。
