9月18日消息，有网友爆料某IT公司领导发表争议性言论，称“80后的人真的该退出IT行业了”、“见不得下了班要给老婆孩子做饭的男人”（视频）。
爆料截图显示，该公司近两年处于亏损状态。
有律师指出，从法律上来说，给职场人士设置隐形的年龄限制是毫无依据的，更不应该被拿来作为对求职者的“要求”。
从实际情况来看，80后虽然有可能在体力上存在弱势，但他们并不缺失上进心和创新力，与职场新手相比，他们还具有经验丰富、技术熟练的优势。而随着终身教育理念深入人心，活到老学到老，并学以致用，也将成为一种趋势。如此看来，80后反倒是二次学习、发展事业的黄金期。
