美国和欧盟计划采取更加统一的立场，来限制大型科技公司愈发强大的市场影响力。这个举措将在 9 月 29 日在匹兹堡召开的美国-欧盟贸易和技术委员会(TTC)会议上宣布，届时还将发布有关科技、气候、贸易和供应链等问题的一系列公告。在美国和欧美试图限制Alphabet 旗下的 Google、Facebook、苹果和亚马逊等科技巨头日益上升的影响力之际，这样的合作对于大西洋两岸的监管机构已经变得至关重要，并将加大美国科技业对抗新规定的难度。
