WhatsApp 正在研发自动转录功能
据WhatsApp Beta Info本月初爆料称，WhatsApp目前正在为其iOS版本开发一个应用内的语音识别和自动转录系统。
针对WhatsApp Beta Info的报道，WhatsApp随后证实，该功能目前正处于开发的早期阶段。引入应用内转录功能是该应用的一次重大升级，WhatsApp用户目前只能使用第三方应用来转录应用内的语音信息。
WhatsApp Beta Info称，WhatsApp将使用苹果公司开发的语音识别系统来处理和转录，而非WhatsApp母公司Facebook。数据也将被用于改善苹果的语音识别软件。WhatsApp表示，将使用端到端加密来保护用户数据和隐私；语音信息不会与用户的身份相关联。
