Windows11 资源管理器拖动的 Bug

自从升级 Windows11 以来该 bug 一直存在，最近几次更新都没有修复：
在打开资源管理器的情况下进行窗口拖动、图标拖动等操作就会变得很卡。
很卡的现象是： 光标移动缓慢，系统出现无响应，同时出现第二个正常速度光标(但该光标只能移动，无法点击操作)。
等待恢复时间与窗口拖动的距离与时间有关，如果只是短暂拖动，卡顿也是短暂的，如果跨屏幕拖动窗口大概率会卡 3 分钟以上。

不清楚是否只是我的个例还是普遍存在的问题，所以发帖问题下。
