国际品牌营销服务商The Independents 收购活动组织机构 Bureau Betak 控制性股权
由国际活动策划公司 K2 与公关公司 Karla Otto合并成立的国际品牌营销服务商 The Independents 宣布，收购活动组织机构 Bureau Betak 控制性股权，但是并未公布交易的具体财务细节。
Bureau Betak由Alexandre de Betak创立于1990年，在巴黎，上海，纽约和洛杉矶设有办公室，到目前为止已经筹划和组织了超过1500场各具特色的世界级活动，其类型包括：时尚走秀，高端展览等等，覆盖了时尚，奢侈品，生活方式等多个领域；合作过的部分品牌包括：Dior，Calvin Klein，Lacoste，Victoria’s Secret，H&M，Tiffany & Co. 和 Nike。
Bureau Betak 也是首个获得 ISO 20121 可持续发展活动认证的奢侈品活动组织机构。
