意大利投资银行 Mittel 以500万欧元收购被破产拍卖的意大利牛仔品牌 Jeckerson
意大利投资银行 Mittel 宣布，收购意大利牛仔及休闲服装品牌 Jeckerson。
Mittel 通过子公司 Fashion time，在博洛尼亚地方法院的（破产）拍卖中以500万欧元的价格获得了 Jeckerson 的所有权。Mittel 表示，此举是其打造生活方式和户外领域业务战略的一部分，计划打造一个该领域的头部品牌组合。
Jeckerson 创立于1997年，联合创立人之一正是 Mittel 集团的股东 Franco Stocchi。2008年，Stocchi 家族决定将品牌出售给投资基金 Stirling square和 Sirius equity。
