自从上次那件事就换回 chrome 了，具体什么事我也想不起来了，光想着 edge 变坏了

这是 Windows 的广告.

Win 10 设置里面:
系统 > 通知和活动: 有三个推广消息的设置关掉.
个性化 > 开始菜单 : 有一个推广设置
隐私 > 通用: 有一个推荐设置

另外, 如果是专业版以上的 SKU, 可以设置组策略直接关闭微软的云推荐和数据收集
