AMD下一代的AM5（LGA 1718）平台和SP5平台（LGA 6096）似乎还有点遥远，这些是为下一代Zen 4架构Ryzen系列（Raphael）和EPYC（Genoa）系列处理器准备的新插座。按照AMD的时间表，相关产品要到明年才会见到。不过CPU散热器厂商可没有闲着，甚至已经有厂商做好准备了。
Cool Server（金钱豹）是国内的一家散热器厂商，目前已在网站放出了9款AMD的新款CPU散热器，其中4款是SP5平台，5款是AM5平台。这些CPU散热器并不是面向普通消费者，而是为服务器或OEM厂商的整机而准备的。
根据此前黑客盗取的资料，代号Raphael的Ryzen系列处理器最高会配置170W的TDP，而代号Genoa的EPYC处理器有可能会出现TDP配置为400W的型号，都会高于目前基于Zen 3架构的产品，对CPU散热器的要求应该会更高。
