抓包是个网络问题，你把物理机的网指向你的虚拟机，或者虚拟机的网指向物理机，或者直接在路由器上抓，或者把你家网全转向到隔壁老王家让他抓，都行

虚拟机所有包都有经过物理机，所以肯定能抓的包，
虚拟机要抓物理机的包必须在物理机把网关设置成虚拟机，比如常见的旁路由设置，虚拟机才能抓到物理机的包，

理论上物理机网卡打开混杂模式，虚拟机网络模式为桥接，可以互相获取到对方的包
混杂模式启动时，网卡会把接收到的所有包推送给操作系统，如果关闭，只会传递目的 mac 地址为本网卡及广播的包

指定网卡抓包，如果物理机与虚拟机有网络交互，应该是可以抓取到的。
