I am very puzzled. I mean there are clear trends, FPU one is even somewhat expected, but how is the 4700S so much faster than Zen 2 Threadripper in Integer loads?
(Could be a fluke, maybe it wasn't running at a fixed clock -> !! GRAIN OF SALT PLEASE !! )
