交易是个多变、不确定的环境。在这样的情况下，如果没有些确定性的东西作为锚点，很容易在变动中迷失。
其中一个办法，就是把常用的操作，以流程化的方式确定下来。比如，每日清单、每周清单、开仓前检查清单、开盘前清单、收盘前清单等等。
确定并遵守这些流程，可以避免头脑发热，也可以一定程度避免亏损抗单这样的情况。
