The OpenSAP Microlearning platform and SAP S/4HANA would like to announce a new navigational structure that is now available on the openSAP Microlearning platform.  This new navigational  structure will enable users to more easily access the content that relates to their solution’s environment, i.e., cloud or on premise.

In the top-level navigation, under SAP S/4HANA, users can now select from either SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP S/4HANA On Premise.

Both the cloud and on premise topics offer a dropdown sub-topic menu where content selection can be further pared down. In this example, the sub-topics for SAP S/4HANA On Premise are displayed.

Once the desired topic is selected, by default, the user lands on the Videos by Role tab. Here, the content is separated by role(s) which can be selected to further categorize the content. The roles available are Business End User and Expert. Business End Users are those who use the software as configured to meet business needs and goals, such as financial accountatnts, warehouse clerks, etc. Experts are those who enable with the configuration and administration of the software, such as software administrators and architects. In this example, the User Experience Category is displayed.

All of the content for a selected topic can be viewed in the Video Library tab.
