我爱我家表示，卢俊的离职不会对我爱我家的正常运作及经营管理产生影响。

9月7日，我爱我家（000560.SZ）发布公告，我爱我家副总裁卢俊因个人原因辞职，辞职后将不再担任我爱我家的任何职务，据了解，卢俊于2019年8月起担任我爱我家副总裁。
对此，我爱我家表示，卢俊的离职不会对我爱我家的正常运作及经营管理产生影响。
根据公告，卢俊未直接持有我爱我家股份；其通过参与我爱我家第二期员工持股计划间接持有我爱我家股份，参加份额占该期员工持股计划的比例为1.15%。卢俊辞职后，其认购的员工持股计划份额将按照相关规定转让给符合资格的人员。
据我爱我家财报，2021年上半年我爱我家实现营收61.30亿元，同比增55.86%；实现净利润3.80亿元，同比增840.20%。
