Google 的电邮应用 Gmail 被数以亿计的用户使用，而 Google 的其它应用则没有如此高的使用率，Google 对此的反应是在 Gmail 应用中塞入越来越多的功能。在整合了 Google Meet 之后，Google 又在 Gmail 加入了 VOIP 功能，你的电邮应用可以像其它 VOIP 应用那样打电话了。Gmail 现在是 Google 所有通信应用的中心枢纽，但问题是有多少消费者会真的使用和依赖这些功能？毕竟 Google 的“名声”早已远扬。
