作为 Gab 和 Parler 等受争议网站的域名注册商，Epik 表示得州堕胎告密者网站违反了其使用条款。Texas Right to Life 组织的 prolifewhistleblower.com 网站上周五因违反规则而遭到 GoDaddy 停止托管，理由是它的条款禁止网站在未经用户书面同意的情况下使用 GoDaddy“收集或捕捉……非公开的或个人身份信息”。该网站随后将域名注册从 GoDaddy 切换至 Epik，将域名服务器从 GoDaddy 转移至 Digital Ocean 处。Digital Ocean 同样迅速切断了服务，如今该堕胎告密者网站只能依靠 Epik 作为注册商及域名服务器供应商。该网站目前已经下线，其域名会重定向至 Texas Right to Life 的主页，该组织表示计划尽快让网站重新上线。Epik 法律顾问 Daniel Prince 周日通过电邮发表声明，“在该网站的所有者决定迁移至 Epik 名称服务器时……我们联系了对方，表示该网站违反了Epik的使用条款，并说服对方停止收集匿名信息并将其从互联网上彻底删除。Epik 从未充当过 prolifewhistleblower.com 的主机。”
