目前一些听书软件,只能普通设置定时关闭功能。 有时候关了还没睡着,有时候睡着了还没关闭,下次听还得找上次的纪录，比较麻烦。
既然手环有检测用户睡眠时间的功能，能不能出一个这个功能，或者提供一下接口，让 app 能获知用户睡着了。
