据 TechNode Global 报道，印尼规模最大的科技集团 GoTo 即将在未来几周内完成规模为 20 亿美元的融资。该公司由印尼两大独角兽公司 Gojek 和 Tokopedia 于今年 5 月合并而成，阿里巴巴、软银愿景基金和 GIC 等公司都是其投资方。
GoTo 原本计划今年年底在印尼证券交易所 IPO 上市，然后在美国以 400 亿美元左右的估值双重上市。但最近有消息指出，该公司的上市计划可能会延迟至明年初。据不愿透露姓名的有关人士表示，这是因为印尼金融服务监管局（OJK）正计划为科技公司重新制定上市指南（9 月将公布具体消息）。
