美国官员已经批准了价值数亿美元的许可申请，允许被列入黑名单的华为为其不断增长的汽车零部件业务购买芯片。华为是全球最大的电信设备制造商，由于特朗普政府对华为网络设备和智能手机业务使用的芯片和其他部件实施了销售限制，该公司一直步履维艰。拜登政府一直在加强对华为出口的强硬路线，拒绝向其出售用于 5G 设备或与 5G 设备配套的芯片。但近来数周及数月，熟悉申请流程的人士告诉路透，美国已批准供应商向华为出售用于视频屏幕和传感器等汽车零部件的芯片。目前华为正将业务转向不太容易受美国贸易禁令影响的产品。
