对Java版的OpenSlide进行切图操作

自己目前在做一个项目，功能是将一些医学的WSI切片图像展示到网页上进行图像操作。这里就用到了Java版的OpenSlide类库，前端用到Openseadragon插件库。现在需要用到OpenSlide类库进行切图操作，但是不知道如何进行，有没有大佬做过类似项目的提供一下思路。感激不尽！
