自己编译的固件？检查 etc 下的几个 xml 文件，有 permission 和 whitelist 字眼的，看是否添加成功了

etc 下的 xml 都打开看了一遍 没有 whitelist 字眼
etc 下还有个 permission 的文件夹 里面也是 xml 不过依然没发现 whitelist 相关

@waterb /system/etc/pref 有么，/vendor/etc 下面呢？我看腾讯的应用配置一些厂商就是写在这些未知
