环境：源码安装的PG13.3
通过实验可以确定，
第一：把pg服务配置文件放在/etc/systemd/system/下，重启OS之后，pg能被拉起
第二：把pg服务配置文件放在/usr/lib/systemd/system/下，重启OS之后，pg能被拉起
那么这两个位置下存放pg服务配置文件有什么区别？
