Pixel 4a 5g and Pixel 5 are discontinued, says Google
LTE only Pixel 4a is not going anywhere.

Google has discontinued Pixel 4a 5g and Pixel 5. As the launch of Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 pro is ready to be in the coming weeks, Google is making room for new devices quietly. Google marked both phones sold out in their online store. The remaining stock at retail stores won’t last long and eventually, Pixel 4a 5g & Pixel 5 will be no more. By the way, Google already announced Pixel 5a.
“With our current forecasts, we expect Google Store in the U.S. to sell out of Pixel 4a (5G) and Pixel 5 in the coming weeks following the launch of Pixel 5a (5G). These products will continue to be available through some partners while supplies last.”
Because of the announcement of Pixel 5a, it makes sense for Google to discontinue Pixel 4a because 5a is the successor. But, it is strange the Google has discontinued the Pixel 5 because the Pixel 6 is yet to be announced comprehensively.
As the Google spokesperson confirmed that this discontinuation will also apply outside the USA, in all the international markets where Google sells officially.
