本地文件删除 s3 也删除
本地文件修改 s3 覆盖掉旧的
本地文件新增 s3 新增

每几分钟一次即可

aws s3 sync 该能满足，但第二条一定得是用新的覆盖旧的

sync 就行啊。不过 sync 判断修改是通过文件的修改时间，如果覆盖了旧文件但没动时间，就不会覆盖

凡是遇到涉及到网络存储的，我一般会先问 rclone 不行吗。
