好像程序员都有这个通病，我最近几年都是凌晨一点多才睡，然后前段时间体检发现血压偏高了，最近打算下定决心 11 点半之前要睡。

有人觉得晚睡没关系，只要保证充足的睡眠就行。
我觉得这算是个伪命题，因为你上班时间是固定的。
所以，我还是觉得尽量早睡吧。

昨天试了下晚上 10 点上床，11 点睡觉，早上 8 点起，感觉还行。
