碳链价值APP讯，总部位于盐湖城的加密软件公司TaxBit周四宣布以超过13亿美元的估值完成1.3亿美元B轮融资，IVP和Insight Partners领投，Tiger Global Management、Paradigm、9Yards、Sapphire Ventures LLC、Madrona Venture Group LLC及Morgan Creek Digital Assets联合创始人Anthony Pompliano跟投。TaxBit为个人和机构提供加密税务工具，以追踪投资组合和交易，简化报税流程，降低复杂性。
TaxBit目前有约100名员工，计划年底前将员工人数翻倍。上个月，TaxBit在西雅图开设了第二总部，并计划在美国和英国开设更多办事处。该公司还宣布与加密货币交易所FTX US建立合作关系，FTX用户将能使用全套TaxBit产品。CEO Austin Woodward称未来几个月，TaxBit计划与银行、交易所、券商以及英国和欧盟的税务机关建立「数十个」合作关系。（彭博社）
